Rules:

Picks - All games will be selected against the point spread. Mr. PEVOH will use available spreads for all games, and the posted spread is the official one. All picks must be made via the web site (don't leave them on my phone). If you can't make your picks, call a friend to put them in for you (Mr. PEVOH is not your friend).

Points - Points will be awarded for wins as follows: 5 points over the first week, 10 over the second, and 15 over the third. Best bets will count for double those points.

Best Bets - Players will get four best bets to use over the first two days, three over the first weekend games, three in the first sweet 16 round, two on the second weekend and one over the final three games.

Money - Entry fee is $100. Money will be split as follows: 65% of the pool to the winner, 25% to second place and 10% to third. No tipping!

Judge - Mr. PEVOH has the last word on any controversy that may arise.
